Using the tools
Razi Freelance Tool Kit's tools are provided free of charge, as-is, for use in preparing your own invoices, contracts, estimates and related documents. You're responsible for reviewing anything you generate — especially contracts — before sending it to a client.
Not legal or financial advice
The contract generator, tax and savings calculator, and other tools provide general-purpose templates and estimates. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer or accountant, and we make no guarantee that any generated document is suitable for your specific situation or jurisdiction.
Your data
Since all data is stored locally in your browser, you are solely responsible for backing up or exporting anything you want to keep. We cannot recover data lost when browser storage is cleared.
No warranty
The tools are provided without warranty of any kind. We aren't liable for losses arising from their use, including inaccurate calculations, lost local data, or disputes with clients.
Acceptable use
Please don't use these tools to generate fraudulent invoices, misleading contracts, or documents intended to deceive another party.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
